They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Dr. Glans provides exceptional care. His schedule is very flexible, so getting an appointment is never a problem. I feel like I am an important patient, and I am involved in the discussions and decisions about my spinal health. Dr. Glans takes the time to answer my questions, and I ask a lot of them. He’s really fantastic. The office is nice too, very comfortable.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They’ve given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I’ve been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn’t notice anything.

I didn’t feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I didn’t mind that they didn’t offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn’t have to drive very far to get them done. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I’ve ever dealt with. It didn’t matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They’ve never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I’ve been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn’t have any trouble at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I’ve been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Their prices were fair. The level of care you get for the price is good. I had a great experience. I didn’t wait long at all. My appointment started on time. The office temperature was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I have never had a last-minute cancellation here. I can always count on Dr Glans.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it’s been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I’ve never seen anyone with more skill. They’ve never been late to any of my appointments. I’ve even showed up early sometimes and they’ve always been ready and prepared. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn’t have that typical elevator music on. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I’ve been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It’s always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I’ve ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I could tell that they took pride in their office’s appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
